I have good armor and other stats as you can see on my profile but i want more hp. But i dont want to sacrifice everything:

Replace some of the gems that are giving you +def ( since you have a good 17 more def than you really need ) with + stam.

Also, get one of the tanking necklaces from heroic badge turnins.

Maybe replacing the gems with +12 stamina on your Heavy Clefthoof set...
