Have any of you downloaded the Add-On for the Auction House?

I try not download too much onto my computer, if at all possible. But I'm sick of researching EVERY little thing I want to sell.

Is it worth it, and can you recommend a good download?

I, too, have used Auctioneer since the dawn of time. Since data is shared between characters of the same faction on the same server, I strongly suggest...

Create an AH alt. Any lvl 1 character can make a run for the closest AH. Configure auctoneer to "always load" for that character Configure auctioneer to exit when finished with a scan At the end of a gaming session, or in the morning before work/school, login with the AH alt and scan the AH. Make sure you hit the space bar (jump) at least once, otherwise the AFK timer will drop sooner than if you don't. Walk away, knowing you'll have the most up-to-date AH data available the next time you play.


After you have a dozen daily AH scans, you can start doing them just 1-2 times per week (I suggest one weekend and one weekday scan).

I take it a step further and create a batch file which starts wow.exe and once it exists, the computer gets shutdown.
