Hey guys, last night Moroes dropped http://www.wowwiki.com/Edgewalker_Longboots, since i was only druid in raid i received those boots. I am wearing the heavy clefthoof set atm... should i replace the heavy clefthoof boots with the edgewalker boots, and if yes, what gems should i use ?

For DPS take the edgewalker, but for tanking i would keep definitely the clefthoof boots. more armor, stamina and def on them. if you are running kara i would wait for the
Zierhut's Lost Treads (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=30674) for tanking boots. They drop pretty often in kara.

Edgewalker's make great kitty boots

Been tanking in Kara for 9 months and our raid has never seen Zierhut's Lost Treds... Of course my dps staff dropped twice... both times I wasn't in the raid.

if you have Heroic Badges to spare i would buy the Footments of Wild Enchroachment.

Nope.... saving all my badges for a DPS staff that's gonna cost me 150 badges... Figure I'll never see BT anyway. So I might as well save badges and get a nice DPS staff to last me through most of WotLK.

Drop the clefthoof if you are having issues with Agro generation, if you slot the edgewalkers with +8 Agil place a boars speed chant (+stam, +speed), you will be sailing. Reason is more dodge counters the minimal loss in def and you gain more agro. Place a green (+stam,+def) in the yellow slot but toHit or Crit is another option).
