Yah, I looked over that parse a few days ago and was trying to figure out what triggered it. I couldn't see anything in the logs unfortunately. Anyone know what triggered this ( though according to GC they think they have identified and fixed the cause of this ).

I'm sure it has something to do with Bleeds. A while ago warriors were experiencing something similar with rend ticks hitting for 6-7k each tick in PvE encounters. That was due to bleeds stacking multiplicative instead of additive or something from different warrior procs.
