People keep asking me at what level can I rez, some have told me level 40 but it's a talent. I've searched my talents on thottbot and I don't see that skill anywhere.

Can anyone tell me if this skill is available for Druids? Thanks in advance.

We do however have a self-only res at the bottom of the talent restoration tree
