I didn't notice anything said about form shifting breaking frost shock. I thought that was a bug they were planning to fix or something. Anyone else notice or hear anything that I didn't?

i noticed that too, if official forums weren't down id be peppering them with questions for blue response on whether we will get this or not. We were told its currently a bug that we're not getting it, so maybe its like the thing where people will no longer be able to leave raids in instances to complete quests... neither were mentioned in patch notes, but both have been promised as fixes.

Think that was a bug fix...so might get that anyway.
