are there any drops i should be on the lookout for in the sunken temple and the princess part of maraudon? I am bored to death with my illusionary rod and would love to upgrade it, but the resurgence rod quest reward just wouldn't be a good substitute.

Charstone Dirk and Cloud Stone, Fist of Stone.. but only the pre-patch ones are any good now I suppose.

The Resurgence Rod (http://wow.allakhazam.com/item.html?witem=17743) is a quest reward for killing the Princess in Maraudon. The quest is given by a chap in Nijel's Point in Desolace (if you're Alliance, there is a Horde version as well but I'm not sure where you get it).

I stuck with my Illusionary rod, even after i completed teh Resurgence Rod quest.

On a later run of mauradon the Cloud stone dropped for me, but i didnt use it until i got the Lorespinner from DM to go with it (at lvl 55).
