I have a mid 30's druid that I love to PVP with. I've been playing with different types of equipment, from int/spirit or int/sta to +Arcane damage.

When I'm fighting other players I tend to use root/farie fire/moonbeam/starfire the most, since I'm not a big fan of fighting in bear or cat form.

I guess my question would be, would it make more sense to have more mana/hp than to deal out more damage with the +Arcane items? Heck, is the +Arcane damage really helping me all that much?

Thanks

I used to wear +Damage items on my mage. Towards the end levels I notticed a bigger difference in how powerful my damage was with gear compared to without. In PvP the +damage gear is good to have for a Mage because he is trying to destroy his target with everything he has as fast as he can. But for a Druid who isnt a dps caster, I think you are better off with stat gear.

Damage gear wont affect you in any way what so ever while you are shape shifted, but stats will. The Druid has potential for great survivability via stealth/bear/healing. You should experiment with bear form in PvP. Also, you can get a good jump on people with stealth and shred in cat form. Shift out of cat, moonfire, rejuv/regrow, farie fire, shift gears into bear, tank, tank, shift out to heal etc...

To sum it up, I think you're better off with stat gear.
