I thought it might be useful to keep a semi-log of how much Wildheart pieces are going for on the various servers so aspiring druids can get a general idea of how much they're likely to pay. I'll start out with what I've been seeing on my server.

Server: Garona (CST)
Ironforge: Alliance AH
Wildheart Gloves: Low: 25g (opening) High: 50g (buyout) Average: 45g
Wildheart Bracers: Low: 20g (opening) High: 65g (buyout) Average: 50g
Wildheart Belt: Low: 50g (opening) High: 120g (buyout) Average: 75g

Tips:
The Bracers and gloves drop really frequently so if you only see a single pair up in the AH for a ridiculous amount, just wait a few days and you'll probably see a few more. Garona is up to 3 to 4 gloves/bracers on any given day.

Remember that it's a Buyer's Market! There's not a whole lot of druids around, and the gear:druid ratio is highly in our favor. A few days of putting items up at 90g opening bids and no one bidding will eventually drive the price down.

Don't jump on items! Unless the piece of Wildheart in question is vastly superior to your current gear, there's no need to go spending a lot of cash. The set bonuses don't start kicking in until you've got a minimum of three pieces, and many of the Wildheart items actually are pretty crappy when compared piece-by-piece to the high-end leather (you should probably be buying "Mighty" or "Adventurer's" sets at 60). If the only set of Wildheart Gloves is up in the AH for 75g and a set of Mighty Gloves of the Eagle is on buyout for 2g, go for the Mighty and wait on the Wildheart.

I'd buyem in a heartbeat for 15-20g :) make 3 times that much. My server still hasn't realized the drop rate has increased? I thought they'de catch on eventually, but it seems weeks now, and still there are 3-4 sets of gloves on at near anytime for 50g+ buyouts with 40g minimum start. Belts are very rare so far in the AH. I guess, had i found one for 15g on the AH back in my low 50s I would have bought it and been happy. But I wouldn't trade my girdle of insight for it now, until I have the whole set. That's a farmable piece as well, and one of the easier nice items that can be made for reasonable reagents.

I'm gonna try to get the belt in the AH. Its hardly ever there.

Cenaurius, I have both of those, I take it you like the BoP due to the plus healing? I actually use WH right now (3/8) for the higher int.

i won't wear gear that doesn't have stam/int, so the wh bracers were unacceptable from the get-go. ideally i like gear that has stam/int/spi and adds to spell effects, so the BoP are damn close to perfect bracers in my opinion. it was important to me to reach 300 int because i had heard from a few people that you get an extra 1% chance to spell crit every hundred int points. once i did that, i started sacrificing int for stam/spi and spell/heal effects. my spi is still pretty low, as i consider spi less important than stam/int even though i heart innervate.

i haven't played any WoW in a week because my video card's fan died :(, but from what i can recall, i have 230 stam, 330-340 int and 215ish spi. this stat spread serves me pretty well in both pve and pvp, when i'm not using my feral gear that is.

p.s. i absolutely love +healing items. my rejuvs heal for 250 every 3 sec!

I use the WH bracers with a +7 stamina enchant, was an upgrade to my old ones. I will replace them if I ever see the BoP drop as well. I'll keep them in my bank as I do wish to have the complete WH set, but they won't be in my end game gear.

I also use magistrates cuffs with a +7 stamina enchant as my tanking gear, hard to beat 22 stamina on the wrists. The +4 mana isn't much, but I keep a mindsurge robe, and my lorespinner hot linked for rest times, besides I was after total hp pool.

The BoP would give me one more stamina point over my current gear, with a +5 int enchant equal, then the add of 5 spirit and the +healing is a win far above the WH IMO

Hmm, maybe I need to take em off till I get the full set.

when tanking i wear all the pvp gear i have earned access to. that stuff is definitely built for feral combat.
