OK I have been looking for some correlation between the attributes on equipment and was wondering if you folks could help.

I think 1 Intellect will give me 15 Mana but what are the relationships to the other attributes. I think Spirit helps with Mana regeneration, anyone know the others?
STRENGTH=?
AGILITY=?
STAMINA=?
SPIRIT=?

i am sure there is a link that explains this but I have not found it.

Stamina 1 pt = 10 health
Spirit increases both health and mana regen and the conversion is different for both.

100 pt Intellect = 1% spell crit.
100 pt Agility = 1% melee crit. (unless you are a rogue)

Does anyone know the Stamina:HP ratio for a warrior?

warriors its the same, they just get more bonus stamina when they level. as far as i know, 1sta = 10hp no matter the class. Warriors just have more base stamina

Actually, unless you're a rogue, it's around 20 AGI per 1% at level 60. For Rogues it's 30.

I'm not sure what the actual value is, but I'm pretty sure it's class depedent - My brother plays a hunter, the OTHER class who's main attribute is agility and he says it's about 50-60 pts of agility per crit percentage at lvl 60.
