Mine is Murlocs. I HATE MURLOCS!! Positively, absolutely and undoubtedly HATE them!

What about you? What is the mob that you only just managed to complete a quest against (or not complete as the case may be) and vowed to wipe out when you got a couple of levels higher? I got a long list.... :D

Haven't played enough to really have a deep hatred in me yet. In EQ though it was goblins. I hated them. Their stupid swarming me when all I was doing was farming blood for cash. Then, they die and stick their butts up in the air at me. Once I got Nytestalker up to level 65, it was just open season on any goblin I found. Jobbobar and I would take turns sucking the life out of them.

tauren shamans and undead rogues are dead even in most alliance players' minds in terms of hatred on my server. they are both kill on sight for me, regardless of level.

Murlocks.

NPC Priests ....

In EQ it was Hill Giants. I can't count the amount of times one sneaked up behind me in WC and smacked me down. Spent a lot of time in RM exacting my revenge.

I haven't met a mob type in WoW that has managed to cause the same ire, but the Warlocks in the tower of Athalaxx (sp) quest certainly come close.

Cocky ass ****-kickin top of the world idiots. My friend thinks he's the BEST because the top player on gorefiend is a mage. WOW. He's a level 41 still using rod of the sleepwalker from BFD, and he spends his time in desolace killing resto-spec'd tauren to try and prove he's better then me at dueling.

roffle, i wouldn't let that bother you, druids absolutely devour mages in pvp. i almost feel sorry for them.

Centaurs

If ever there was a prissy, cocky, nasty race of NPC's it's centaurs. Nothing worse than getting blind-sided by a roving threesome, and then after they kill you they go prancing off on their way.

And you can't even skin them! :mad2:

Oh yeah again, also Palladins. They are the Centaurs of the Alliance. :p

Gnomes. . .I bloody hate gnomes. Especially warriors. WTF, how the hell are you gonna have your tank be the size of a football? That would be like having a tauren male figure skater. It's just not bloody right. :curse: I think NE hunters are BS too. Especially after the patch. Shadowmeld to stealth the hunter, and all pets have stealth now too. They are like a sniper. :frocket: Okay. . .I'm done ranting. And yes, I am aware that we have all strayed from topic and that Mobs actually refers to fighting NPCs. So I'll go ahead and say that I hate those swarming bugs in Tanaris.

I love themw worms! I love getting shot up in the air while on my mount. lol

I hate fighting any healer mob that is close to my level. I remember when I first killed the trolls in ST, I had a 19 minute fight vs the shaman/druid guy (zolo?). To this day he takes longer to kill than all of the others. If he would only cast healing spells, and not the healing totems, then I don't think I could kill him.

My least favorite mobs in no particular order are

1. Murlocs
2. Murlocs
3. Murlocs

i dont like them strange nagas on the feathermoon isle in feralas. when theyre down on hp and mana, they charm u, regenerate and u can start all over again. i never killed one of them solo because of this trick that they do contineously :lmao:

I can't even FIND zolo. I had been level 6 and was doing that stupid island with a rogue, and no matter how many times we died some ****ing mage was always cleaning them up after we'd wiped.

So I hate mages even more now that I remember this.

Murloks...hate them yessss, they smells fishy and tank like mad....hate them yes....

(and they think I would want one as a pet? HA!)

what typically happens in my experience is that if a mage doesn't kill me in the first 5 seconds, he simply won't be able to. just before the duel begins, regrowth and rejuv yourself, then go into a form or stay caster as you prefer. the HoTs should be what you need to outlast his initial onslaught. do not let your health get below 1/3 at an absolute minimum. when it begins to get low, say around 50%, shift out and NS a HT, then rejuv yourself and go back to smacking him around. at this point he will be oom or close to it, and you're all set. i prefer to fight mages in cat form, but the important thing to do is simply stay in their faces with things like dash or feral charge and quick shifts out of frost nova. they simply can't take melee pressure for long, and it makes it much harder for them to get spells off.

not sure how much you concentrate on stam gear, but that is essential for pvp in general to outlast the burst dps classes like mages and rogues can do. leveling up i always had eagle gear on, and when i do arathi basin, i have 4483 hp, 3919 mana, and 549 attack power in my hybrid outfit, which is comprised solely of blue items. i can kill mages in epic gear like this, though the fights are close.

a mage challenged me to a duel last night in between ab games, and even though i was not able to get the jump on him in cat and lost my combo points when i selected myself for a NS + HT (stupid), i still beat him with 2k hp and 500 or so mana doing exactly what i said above. hope this helps you acquire the same love for killing mages that i have :).

agreed, mine took about that long too, had to run him OOM (he has over 4k mana for heals and totems)

in pvp, rogues for sure.

I also remember the trogs in Loch Modan when they ran into full groups.. I hated that shiot.
