Title says it all - Did they fix it?

"This spell is not ready yet" as of last night. But the proccing seems to be fine when i can cast it.

Well the OoC had a problem where it consumed itself when it was not susposed to. It also did not proc on special attacks.

Therefore, OoC via 1.9 should proc ALOT more.

It does proc a lot more and doesn't consume itself. Yet I'm still getting the "spell is not ready" error which is really annoying.

I can't believe they couldn't get the "This spell is not ready yet" thing fixed.

I posted a ticket out that 2 months ago and the GM was saying that it would be gone at 1.9.

It's not just OoC. The paladin talent, Seal of Command, has had that bug for nearly a year now (or more). Low on their fix list maybe...

Just like the mages Arcane Missiles and Blink bugs. No love, no love...*sigh* Thankfully I made a druid :)

i stil suffer from "spell not ready yet".. but the proccing thingie seems to work now.
