:elfbiggri hello I just made a druid for the first time, his name is Catnap lvl 12 (NE) on Thunderhorn. I want to go Feral spec and i was wondering the Pros and cons to this and what kind of armor would i be looking for. I choose feral cause im a short of lone wolf adventurer and i like to solo i have no idea where the pts should go for a solo pvp feral druid. I would like some feedback if anyone had any helpful ideas. Thank you for your time.:texla:

There are a number of "cookie cutter" builds that should suit you fine.

There's the 12/34/5 build: http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/classes/druids2/talents.html?0140052000000000503202132322215105000 0000000000

I'm working on that build right now, which in my 30s I've had a great deal of success soloing ( except when it comes to elites ). Most of the time I am on my own and I've been happy with the direction this build has taken me.

I may respect when I hit 60 for end game raids and be a more functional healer as my guild sorely lacks many, but for the time being, it's just fine and lets me get through quests quite nicely.

It's kinda funny when people see you turn feral and the amount of damage you can do as a Druid. They are often quite surprised ( if they've never played as a druid ).

Howdy all, I just found this site. What a great resource. I'm new to WOW and my first toon is a Druid. I am only a lvl21 and found it slow going while grinding so I respec'd.
After reading this forum I have decided to do a Feral Cat for 10 or so levels.

Thanks a lot for the information you've provided. I am a lvl 24 druid. I've read a lot about talents but I am still confused about how to administrate them properly.

Nafia,

Not sure if this is what you are confused about... if not, please disregard:

Every time you level after lvl 9, you will receive one talent point. You can spend these in any one of three trees, accessable by clicking on the talents button at the bottom of your screen, which is next to your spellbook and character buttons. Once you have a point to spend, you can spend it in one of three trees: balance, feral, restoration. There exists a plethora of threads on this site discussing the benefits of each tree. One thing to remember is that once you spend a point, it cannot be moved without 'respeccing', which costs gold, and every time you respec costs more gold.

Hope that helped. If not, /ignore :)

I respec'd once I hit lvl 23 when I realized I needed more Feral to solo faster. Oddly enough I'm almost even across the 3 trees (9-8-7ish) so far.

from restoration: furor, possible nature's swiftness
feral: get feline swiftness by level 30
balance: don't bother unless you've got the above and are willing to *respec* at least ten points for natural weapons
