I have 2 wow accounts and 2 computers. I have first one with Druid, hunter and priest all 60 and i only PvP, so i decided to get a seccond account to make a new Alt so while i wait for BGs queues i level the other one.

The problem is that when i try to create a char with my second account/computer on the same server i play with account 1 it tells me that i can not create that race/class or something like that, but if i do exacly the same where i already have my chars i can do it.

Anyone can tell me why?

Are you on the European servers???

If so quite a few are limited at the moment due to overcrowding (this could be the same in other regions, but I only know about the European ones).

I can't find the link with the relevant server's listed, but it was quite a few. I don't know when it will finish, but that could be an answer for you.

I saw that post as well. several of the Euro servers have been blocked for new character creations unless you already have a character on the account on that particular server.

I havent heard that they are doing it on US servers but it wouldnt suprise me if they have started. Something needs to be done about the long queues and lag, its just to bad they have to use this aproach.

Aggamagan is full and subject to the limitations. Only if you DO NOT already have a character on that server though. If you have a charachter, then there is a problem I am not aware of.

It's not limited to ERUO servers. A bunch of US servers have been limited too. Mostly just the really high population servers with queue problems have had new character creations limited.

If you don't have a character on that server, you won't be able to create one character. Here's a list of all the servers effected:

For the next several days we will be limiting character creation on the following realms to alleviate recent performance issues and hopefully decrease queue times.

Previously, I had mentioned that this was due to Ahn'Qiraj events and 'Pilgrimage'. This was not entirely accurate. The realms being addressed with this measure have been seeing a great deal of traffic recently and we wish to relieve some strain during prime time by restricting character creation on these realms.

I apologize for any confusion this may have caused. The list remains the same, which may make things more understandable in this new context.

Are those American Servers? I dont see in the list Aggamagan (europe) but a Gm told me yestarday it was restringed.

Yes, as said, it's not just EU servers and those are a list of the US servers that are blocking new characters.

When Blizzard unless you already must have a perso on the server, they probably mean on the same account too.

Yeah, I noticed Aggamagan wasn't listed. My guess is cause of the forums it was posted on. This was pulled from the US site. I bet they have a similar list on the ERU site.

The inverted yellowtriangle means the Realm has restricted use on it.
