Is there any references to which of our DoTs stack? I didnt' think drifting death stacked with Drones... Until I tried it by mistake...

Now when I rot, I have 3 dot's (and one free). It's great! Well, I get a new one at 53 and other at like 57 or whatever. Anyone have a full list of what stacks...

Also, does creeping crude now stack to drones?

Any post-50 magic based DoT will stack with any pre-50 magic based DoT. Ie, you can have Winged Death and Drones of Doom, but not Drones and Drifting Death.
Any post-50 fire based DoT will stack with any pre-50 magic based DoT in the same manner as magic based.
Epic stacks with everything.

Not sure what level you are, but from 53-60 the best stack(in my oppinion) is:
Winged Death(53 magic)
Breath of Ro(52 fire)
Drones of Doom(free from bracer/arms)
Epic

I'm sure you could stack a pre-50 fire based on there as well, but in my oppinion that's just not worth it. I usually don't bother with Breath of Ro either, since if you just use the other 3, you can more or less root/rot nonstop.

I know they didnt used to, but when they first put in dot stacking we noticed they did. I assumed they changed it, but tried it again the other day, and it still worked.

Just a side effect of the engine not being able to keep track and prolerly stack/nostack dot's from different/same lines and different/same casters... i.e. it has to allow drones from one druid and drifting from another, but not both from the same.

Too much work to implement that way I'd imagine, and not worth the time, it's a marginal benefit in our favour. We're still spending mana on the less efficient dots to stack after all.

Actually, all the dots seem to stack now. I've been using Winged Death, Drifting Death, Drones of Doom and Breath of Ro on critters lately.

Just root and rot (and preferably have something that gives you a right click mana free dot to throw in with the rest).

Now I will have to try creeping crude and see if that will make a difference.

There are a few mobs that I almost kill in one wave of DoT's... But adding one more might make a difference. If you can get this, it's great for soloing... I run up, root, dot, dot, dot, dot... run to the next... come back a few minutes later for my loot.

All the dots now stack with each other, for the last few months. My usual root/dot setup has been winged, drifting, es vambs (drones). It helps a lot.

All DoTs do NOT stack.
You were dreaming.
Verant is not reading this.
They will not nerf it.

These are not the DoTs you are looking for.
Move along, move along...

Ciao for now!

Heh - yah, I've been nervous about this dissapearing too ... especially since it directly contradicts the wording of the patch message. I have some hope now, though, since they fixed the wearing off message problems and still left this alone. Maybe they will just decide they had an incorrectly worded patch message in the end. :p

The only real benefit to it is that ES Vambs are now actually useful.

Otherwise, the less mana efficient dots usually just mean more med time between kills - overall, including med time, it is still faster to use the more mana efficient ones, I think.

The only thing you cannot stack is multiple pre 50 fire dots or multiple post 50 fire dots; Verant only wants one debuff dot at a time (imagine a mob with 10 breath of ro on it...)

Sorry, but to be absolutely clear, I need to ask...

If two druids casting Winged Death on the same mob at about the same time, do those spells stack?

Yes.
