Just after that, they show how they calculated how much more of a drug a doctor prescribes once they've flattered him and gotten him to speak. They figure the return for a 1,500 speaking fee is about 100,000. It isn't the people the doctor is speaking to, it's the doctor himself! Hard to beat that ...
