Re: My AA purchase order
Well, early on I was anal and keeping track of what I wanted to purchase and in what order. About the time the above list was completed I put much less forethought into it. and don't have a structured list I can easily copy and paste. Below is a rough summary of what I have done since. Added Combat ...

Re: Shawl Quest(s)
I think I am partially insane to consider this item, but for some reason I have thought of keeping it on the back burner. For a short-term goal I am wanting to get all 7 skills to 50 and to get the trophies for each. So far it seems to take a couple of hours of my time to get to level 50, usually a ...

Re: returning player, want some old school plat?
Field of scale has red conning mobs that con as "being weak." That they are, and very managable for you at lvl 75, but beware roaming mobs that con true red and will destroy you. However, the drops in this zone sell for a ton of cash to vendors. If you are willing to watch over your should...

Re: Quad Kiting for Beginners [Lower Level primarily]
Druids have lots of tricks that they can use, and quad kiting is one of the most classic. Any new strategy takes patience tomaster, and if you look in the hunting guides it usually takes some time to get into the groove at a spot with your spells and levels no matter what techniques you use. Couple ...

Re: Potentially returning druid
I have never been a raider, but I have spent more time that I would like to admit browsing the web on the druid class in 2012. Some things I've found may be helpful. On my server, on open-raid guilds and their forums, there seem to be equal high level druid numbers as other classes, highest counts b...

Re: Infected Paw, lvl 68(?) to 74+
Quick update. The summoned do not hit hard, and a J1 tank merc does decent damage during a fight. There are roamers, particularly the further you go down toward the named spawns. XP is great, after my preliminary check it appears the dark blues here have similar XP to doomfire mobs, so I have shifte...

Infected Paw, lvl 73-81+
Infected Paw was a fun place to re-visit. I started my main character back in the day and hunted a lot in South Karana. I might have grouped for the first time in splitpaw, and I recall it going very poorly, ha. The in-game map can lead you there, the zone is indoor only so no mounts and no speed bu...

Re: Plane of Fire, level 65-75
I want to write to emphasize this zone, particularly fort 2, for level 71+. To get exp for my time nothing comes close to this spot, and apparently they are deep blue to lvl 73, and light blue to 81 or above. I can hunt in the steppes, icefall glacier, direwind cliffes and others, and I can get exp ...

Re: Sand Eroded Shell -Pet Haste clicky
Final update. I wiped the room a couple more times and had at least one more undead weaponsmith with no shell. Then, out of the blue, I saw the shell in the bazaar for 145p. Mission completed.
If you use charm with any regularity the item is rather nice, I love freeing up a spell slot.

Re: Sand Eroded Shell -Pet Haste clicky
Update #2. The trend I keep seeing is when I arrive and there is no undead blacksmith he usually spawns after I have wiped the place. Last night someone else had wiped this whole section of the zone, and when I checked it this morning one was the undead weaponsmith. I have killed the undead weaponsm...
