On the Sony board there was some derision of the spells we got for House of Thule.
While I do not think we got anything special, I also feel it was a much better list than we got for Underfoot.
This being a level increase expansion we could expect, and got, mostly continuation of existing spell lines.
The pleasant surprise is that many of the weaker lines got an additional effect, either an additional heal, DD or DoT proc or Debuff. The upgrade to Reptile got two changes that have been asked for since forever (longer duration and bigger hit count, plus it too got additional debuff effects stacking with other debuffs). Also pleasant is the two auras that allow us, to a certain extent to operate as replacement for Enchanters in caster heavy groups.
The unpleasant surprise is that the developers broke the link between Druid and Mage DD capability. Given that Mages are almost certain to receive a DPS upgrade next expansion, this means that we will further lose ground in our ability to contribute DPS when not main healing. Our own bigger improvements concentrate more on healing and on attributable DPS buffs rather than on greater personal DPS.

The list is not as good as it could have been but certainly better than feared after Underfoot (which added a lot of really weird things that generally did not work out at all well for Druids).
I think that it is getting increasingly clear that for the next expansion we should lobby very hard for a way to change spell line ups a -lot- quicker than we can do now. Some of the line-ups that have been suggested over on the Druid board barely have one spell in common between them depending on how we want to focus our attention.
