Taken from an old druid board.
In Icefall, find a mammoth to charm. Buff it, haste it, arm it, and then break charm and root it. Be sure to keep it snared! Now go find another mammoth and charm it. Send it against Mammoth Number One and let it get beaten down pretty far, to 3-5 percent life, then break charm and kill it yourself. Repeat, repeat, repeat.
Icefall Glacier, level 71

If you have a bunch of time on your hands, the spider camp further back is also a wonderful spot for kiting. You have endless room to kite, and a near endless supply of Spiders and Ice Piles. The spiders have a lot of HP, and hit pretty hard. But if you're doing it right, you won't get hit, right?
This camp is frequented by Druids and Necros, and is also good up through the 80's.

Snare 5 Mamoths, Resist Debuff them, charm one and send it on the other 4. Innate Camo at 10-14% and repeat on ther other 4 until ALL 5 are 10% or less. Then Root/Rot all 5 to death.
