Ok im equipping my new Druid with a Scimitar of Emerald dawn which is 20 dmg 34 Delay
anyways im also giving Druid CcoM just to melee with till lvl 20 when i get a decent nuke anyways what im wondering


is the Emerald Scim is 20/34 un hasted so if i put a haste item on what would that item become roughly? i mean would it be 20/26 or what ?

Druid is only lvl 5 at the moment if that helps

Haste works just like any other stat. You get full value from CCoM because there's no recommended level. Allakhazam is wrong (again).

I've heard so many things about how haste works I just took the written version. Thanks for the correction.

That's math. If I'm right your weapon would act as if it were 22 delay instead of 34. ( 36% haste, so 34-36%, or 100-36=64, so 34x0.64 = 21.76, your new delay speed. )

new delay = 34 divide (1 + 0.36) = 25 (2.5 sec)
