I noticed a discussion on the Official boards regarding the succor 'feature' where a group member - or several are being left behind. This is a well known fact regarding this spell. However - I have also noticed what the poster on the official boards had mentioned. Lately, it seems that you or a group member(s) is/are getting left alot more frequently.

Kytherea did pass the observations along but was informaed that nothing had changed with the spell. Is anyone else noticing an increased rate?

I got left behind twice the other day when I cast egress.... thats twice in a row in the span of 20 seconds -_-; ......

I use succor and egress both very very frequently. I havnt been left behind nor have left anyone behind in over a month atleast. Remember EQ is a roll of the dice behind the UI and when you succor each of up to 6 group members have a chance at being left behind. It seems to me that its bad luck but anything is possible. Now egress leaving yourself behind twice in a row.....I will not be taking you to vegas :wink:

I also have been experiencing some weird ass things with exodus. I have experienced the my group all goes to zone in while i get left behind death, as well as the i hit exodus and go to zone in then find out i'm completely bugged so I log and come back naked at my bind point. On an RZ raid the other day I died twice the two times i tried to use exodus. Clearly Sony is dropping the ball on this AA and has made it more of a curse than a blessing these days. I have petitioned and feedbacked it all, highly recommend all you other druids do the same, maybe they'll figure it out eventually.

Curious to learn where in the RZtW raid script you would use Exodus once, let alone twice? But as to the problem of getting left behind , it happens rarely... some folks believe z-axis differences between group members due to terrain or mount vs unmounted could be responsible.

Exodus from the fake RZ room right after fake RZ despawns and real RZ pops down in the pit, then exodus from kiting 30 adds down in the pit after real RZ dies.

Happend to me twice in MPG last days. Before that i cant even remember when the last time was (months+).

You actually use exodus instead of mass TL in fake room? That means needing a druid or wizard dedicated to each group in raid and hoping none die. Mass TL has always been a better option.. cast it right as the pull is made. If you have a goodly raid force, Fake depops while TL box still up.. call TL, use it.

Of course everyone is bound right outside PoTactics in our old raids of RZtW.

As to the evacing after kill while kiting 30 adds, we just kill the adds so nothing is left in the pit while we sort loot, then use the pot in the corner to evac individually.

It would be a bummer to have your dedicated druid or wizard die during the fake fight imho. Unless you are the druid or wizard and then it doesnt matter to you, only to the other 4 or 5 peeps in your group.

You use Exodus if someone in your group isnt flagged for poTactics, so as not to bug the raid.

Oddly enough i've had an increased rate of being left behind on succor and exodus both... and it's alway been me that's left behind =D

On a side note i have been rolling very low numbers for coming up on two months now so..... hehe, who knows

More like I'm not going to rebind for this piece of **** raid so rather than make my way back from my bind point in Kelethin, I'll just pop exodus and wait at the zone in.

Hehe, yeah, that too. I did that when I was still bound in PoMischief and they hadnt yet ruined it.

Yes, as far as the why exodus two times on RZ once was the appropriate use after fake rz kill and real spawns in pit, the OTHER was some bogus something or other in which about 25 mobs from the pit somehow made it to the raid...didn't feel like a toe tag at the time ;P.
