The click effect will be a 6/3 minute recast for the 1.5/2.0. The duration will be changed from 1 minute to 30 seconds, and the spell hit limit will be increased to 20. 30% mod for the 1.5 and 50% mod for the 2.0. Resist adjustment on proc will be set to -300 chromatic
