It sounds like DoN will be a mixture of LDoN/OoW concepts with a few new goodies like the corpse summoning altar. From what Rytan said -
The corpse summoning altar actually is in the guild lobby, not the guild hall. Each player will have to summone their own corpses, but it will summon all of their corpses through out the world.
It will be nice for not only large guilds, but single players and alliances as well.
