Got all this info from Lucy. Appears most, but not all spells have had their cast time and recast time lowered as well though a few did increase nothing significant.

Spell Mana Damage
Exile Summoned 250 to 185 678/725 to 798
Scoriae 250 to 264 688 to 986
Breath of Karana 250 to 180 772/812 0.0 to 300 1.0
Frost (now lvl 57) 250 to 202 762 to 837
Wildfire 320 to 335 1024 to 1294
Ancient: Starfire of Ro 285 to 300 1175 to 1350
Moonfire 320 to 263 1150 to 1132
Destroy Summoned 300 to 286 1200 to 1350
Summers Flame 355 to 395 1400 to 1600
Winters Frost 390 to 305 1550 to 1357
Ancient: Chaos Frost 468 to 290 1860 to 1450
Solstice Strike 443 to 490 1926 to 2201
Glitter Frost 487 to 381 2132 to 1892
Ancient: Glacier Frost 517 to 405 2302 to 2042

Two New Entries
Nature's Renewal lvl 39 No Description
Forest's Renewal lvl 49 No Description
(All priest have similar entries for both lvls)

Now I dont know if these changes reflect the "stances" or not since nothing has been said about them since the initial announcment. THough it does appear that Fire spells will be more effective then cold spells now and Winters Frost could be less effiecent then MoonFire. No changes to the druid heal spells was in Lucy. Hope you guys enjoy the info.

Having just started spending aa's in quick nukes..I hope my main spell line up doesnt drop below 6 second cast time :)

Well actually....it would be great and I guess I could live with having misspent several more aa's..wouldn't be the first time !

I don't like these changes, our cold line was always more powerful than our fire line, why change it after 4 years? It's almost not even worth using the level 70 nuke now

I was actually a little bummed about the cold being brought down as much as it was especially since i had been asked to go hang out in sol ro lastnite for old times sake and fire donna wurk =P.

But then it all made sense. cold nuke mixed with the cold rain, that was ALOT of fun and alot of dmg ) used the rain for hours and not one single resist. Good times, good times =)

Yeah I dont like the changes to moonfire/wintersfrost. On the other hand, my paladin has enjoyed a breath of rebirth :-p

probably 10 to 1, The Devs are thinking of some new heals like a lower lvl versions of Tunare's Renewal for Druids and similar for Shaman and a strong mana efficient for clerics well probably not but one can hope even if it doesn't really matter since there are like no low lvl people anymore truely

I have set up a chart with a few comparisons based on the new spell data. Some of it is rather interesting, and I thought I would share the work... Some of it raises a few questions--what on earth is going on with our stun line of spells?

You can find the chart at http://www.mysticscrolls.com/Other/Chris/Druid.htm
You can find the Excel file at http://www.mysticscrolls.com/Other/Chris/Druid.xls

The chart assumes you are me, and I have improved damage 4 and mana preservation 4, and no burning affliction. If this is not the case for you, you should download the excel file and make the appropriate changes. It also incorrectly calculates the effect of ID4 and MP4 on spells above level 65--I am only 65 myself and haven't bothered to correct the formula yet. I will probably do so in the future, and if I do, I'll make a note of it here. =)

Edit: I bothered to correct the formula, it should be mostly accurate now.
