For people not qvic flagged who have guilds who can get you your 1.5 epic. The guild should do their 2.0 fights even if they are no where near Anguish as the loot from the chests is worth the risk.

The fights are no harder than the final epic 1.5 fight and each chest drops 220hp gear. On my epic fight we got a 220hp earring and 220hp leather hat. On another druids fight we got a 220hp plate breastplate and 220hp silk gloves.

So the loot table is big but its easy gear to achieve. We did one fight with 10 people - granted we are Anguish-flagged, but any 24 people should be able to knock out the fights.

Interesting idea. Not having done anything towards epic 2.0 I dont know how much work it takes to set up a fight. Is it possible to do the fight, then not loot/ turn in whatever piece that fight is for? This would amount to farming a fight for gear by just finding a fight that you can handle solidly and trigger fairly often.

No, the loot only spawns when you loot the epic piece, and only the first time you loot it.
