Use the find button to locate the SoulBinder. You will be in tracking range of all the Firiona Vie city npcs.

if you know where teh olf drovlag caves are thats where the npc's that sell spells have move to if not the caves are on the oposite side of the zone from the dreadlands about halfway between the water and the swamp of no hope.
