Man Can Sue Woman For Sperm Theft Distress (http://cbs2chicago.com/cooler/local_story_055110537.html)

Personally, I hope he wins.

Geez... I think she should have to return all his child support money. What a scumbag (the woman).

Heh, if a man forced a woman to be a mother against her will...he'd be in jail.

I bet he has to keep paying child support, though.

Several issues pop into my head....
Most of them revolve around exactly how you keep sperm viable without your partner knowing about it...

Oh, and the fact that this statement is catalogued in public record somewhere just tickles my funnybone to no end.
<i>"She asserts that when plaintiff 'delivered' his sperm, it was a gift -- an absolute and irrevocable transfer of title to property from a donor to a donee," the decision said. "There was no agreement that the original deposit would be returned upon request." </i>

How about this one -
<a href="http://www.sky.com/skynews/article/0,,30000-13341914,00.html">Ok, so I raped her - would it make everything ok if I married her?</a>

That was an interesting article although I was a bit let down by the PHOTOS link at the bottom -- somehow I expected more.

Awesome quote:
"She asserts that when plaintiff 'delivered' his sperm, it was a gift -- an absolute and irrevocable transfer of title to property from a donor to a donee," the decision said. "There was no agreement that the original deposit would be returned upon request."

I think the IRS should go after her. I doubt she reported this "gift" on her return and given the fact that it payed an $800/month dividend it would be fair to say that it had value that should have been taxed.

Wow... glad that isn't in the US, Stormhaven. I read for awhile before realizing it was in India.

Oh yeah, I will marry my attacker so he won't be punished so badly. Yeah... that's the ticket! Especially after gouging my eye out and requiring me to undergo 4 surgeries.
