<NORMAL>- New "Reply All" button.</NORMAL>

<NORMAL></NORMAL>
<NORMAL>- Address book filename, configurable per character.</NORMAL>
<NORMAL>- If you select an existing address book file, it loads it.</NORMAL>

<NORMAL>- When turned on, incoming email is forwarded to the email address you registered in your Station Account.</NORMAL>
<NORMAL></NORMAL>
<NORMAL>Revised Command-Line Syntax for Sending Mail</NORMAL>
<NORMAL></NORMAL>
<NORMAL>- More than one recipient is now allowed. Use the comma to separate them.</NORMAL>
<NORMAL>- If you need a space, for an example if you are sending to a mailing list that contains a space in its name, then you need to enclose the whole list of recipients between double-quotes.</NORMAL>
<NORMAL>- To make a recipient BCC, precede it with a -.</NORMAL>
<NORMAL>- Addresses written in the command-line are expanded according to the address book rules.</NORMAL>

WHERE ARE OUR STANCES?

I see plenty of spell changes. Changes that will force me to alter my playing style of over 4.5 years. Changes I have mixed feelings about. Changes I feel will hurt the druid class in the healing department. (bigger heals, sure, but at a mana cost that will drain me too fast, and too slow to allow me to continue to use the habits I have formed.)

We will NEED these stances to compensate for these 'changes'. Yet they are nowhere to be found, AGAIN!

What is the story here?

where does it say we are getting bigger heals in the patch message? only says there have been changes made to dots

scf3 has a higher crit chance.
The amount you can crit for doesnt increase anymore with getting the different scf levels, just the "how often".

- Players who only have the first two ranks of the Spell Casting Fury AAs will now do double damage on a successful spell crit, the same as if they had the third rank.

It just means now that you get the same damage bonus as SCF3 but you have more of a chance to get a crit with SCF3

EDIT :- Sorry had the window open so long someone beat me to the punch

I wouldn't call our dot's "better" if you look at what lucy says. They lowered the DPS and raised the duration (and sometimes the mana too). It's looking to make us more effective soloers or for long encounters, but overal, in a group or raid situation, our dots took a big hit.

on a positive note, with some of these adjustments, it would be absolutely crazy for sony to directly increase HP when in different stances. it just may be that the +25%/-50% is meant to happen against cast time and/or mana. that would be interesting...

As if you dotted in short encounters anyways. I personally see the dot changes as good for soloing. And besides, you want a short dot? Use the pwnage ice rains that had their resist lowered... there's a good "short duration damage over time" alternative.

And besides, to say that a patch is "garbage" because it doesn't have anything for us is completely selfish and goes to show why people accuse us druids as "me me me" and whatever. I'm happy Rangers got triple attack and that Monks got their AC back.

A patch is "garbage" when it doesn't improve anything at all... just maybe cosmetic changes to items.

As I said in another thread, don't expect to see anything with regard to stances until SOE is finished with their core spell adjustments.

With shorter cast times, and possibly longer duration but with more overall damage, and possibly better mana (I will wait to see)....

Maybe we just have to pull 2-3 mobs at a time to root/rot. If the refresh timer on Vengance is lowered and all the cast times have gone down, then I think that will be what we have to do to keep up the exp grind while root/rot solo'n. (so maybe this is their way to make our solo'n a bit harder/complicated but not undoable) With lower cast times you save on regen mana (if not on a mount).

We will have to see. Still this puts us further behind the solo Necro. Or the solo ranger killing at tables in Pofire who drops a mob in like 1/3 the time i can.

Not happy at all. They change cast time on all dots and the dmg per tick, I look at my orb of Swarming Death... still 6 seconds. =(

Say what? If a ranga can take out a mob in 1/3 the time you're playing the wrong class my friend. You have an orb (least in your Magelo) - USE IT! Go snag 4 Fire melee mobs, alternate between each casting your orb dot mixing in an AOE as mana allows. 2 AAs an hour suffice there are enough mobs in the zone at the time to feed your killing frenzy and you can easily stay above 80m.

Too bad pofire is the most boring, retarded kiter class filled zone in the game.

I was using my cold DD, my clicky orb and wasp swarm. This on 1 mob at a time. Snare and cold debuff (no idea if the debuff helps). I wasn't running out of mana but of course this takes time. Get on mount, run to tables & dot, run to wall & DD, run to the boxes & dot. I can keep 6-7 cleared untill re-pops start.

I have Glitterfrost now for DD but have not been back to PoFire yet with it.

But... I camped out there one night and logged in the next day and there were dead mobs everywhere. I thought a group must be there but nope, just one other in zone. I thought it was a bard at first (was anon) but it was just snareing and shooting arrows so I guess a ranger. Killing way faster than I have ever seen, even for a necro. All 9 in the tables area and pulling more from the C2 area. I may not be doing the most efficient killing but no way I could kill that fast. He was blue con to me also.

And yes Alua, it is most depressing there and I have more fun root rotting at the caves in NC at the WoS side. 3 mobs there at least give 6% aa each - the researchers are only 3%. But you can kill faster, so not quite as fast for AA as PoFire but a little less boring.

In all the AAs I got there I never got bored. Then again, I'm a Data Analyst.

I've spent a LOT of time in Fire. Couple of suggestions, take em or leave em:

If you're going to do singles, don't bother with the tables melee mobs. They have 45k HPs. Go for the casters up above. The great thing about the casters in Fire is their debuff spells are scripted to strip topmost buffs only. Fill the topmost slots with clickies, levi, circle of summer, etc. The pinkies have 25k HPs and can be killed in under 3 minutes. If you're stuck with chaplins, grab 2 at a time. That way, by the time you have both down to 50% they'll more than likely both be OOM from nuking you and can't heal themselves. They have 30k HPs. If you position yourself right, there's not a single caster mob that isn't single pullable. Also, when fighting the chaplin's back yourself against a wall when casting and the knockback from their nukes won't interupt your casting. Make sure to eci's/glacier them. I use Glitterfrost, orb and Wasp Swarm, throwing wrath of wild on myself when it pops and letting them smack me for a round. Remember you can pull with that orb and immediately follow up with a snare before they get to you.

If the mobs are available melee quadding is definately the way to go, like I descibed above. Use your rain spell and you'll never be resisted, you don't even have to debuff em. I run in a rectangle formation. On the long ends you can AOE and orb one mob, on the short ends you can orb one.

I actually prefer taking them down the ramp, but you have to have your timing down. You can clear all 9 tables mobs, and 11 from above before repops and never dip below 80m.

I popped an experience potion and tracked my exp back when it was first available and put this together. Take a look.
