Yes those spells do more than run speed but nothing anyone usually wants :frown: .

LDoN was dead before DoN came out. DoN will last a bit longer because you can sell the crystals and you can get free spells and such. So will this now make DoN history and then die itself?

Don 's i dont think will die out for a long while due to the items that you can get with the crystals ....and the aa's by doing the tasks and what not...

that is an excellent spell, main use is indoor runspeed AND shrink for big races as a doggy is smaller than an unshrunk ogre

Every few expansions they do a 99% indoor one. We just have to suck up this and live with it. They have some weird "Druids don't do indoors" idea, never mind it really doesn't make a lot of sense.

Frankly, there aren't that many spells that are outdoors only that count.

As for Feral Pack and Shrew, they are limited occasion, lower level player spells. Shrew is exactly equal to Run3 speed. And Run3 is normally the first AA purchased.

Feral Pack suffers from the same problems as all our wolf form spells, which for YEARS now have major problems that Sony ignores with "under consideration".

Higher level players prefer shrink, either from shrink casting classes or items / potions. No one likes the attack animation, the fact that the lame wolf ATK bonus doesn't stack with good ones and (I think) the inability to slam for Ogres (someone confirm this because I'm not sure about this last part).

Add in that if you make the entire party wolves you better hope there are no neutral or quest NPCs around because they will aggro on the party, which has also ruined numerous quest / flag raids.

Again, a 15 minute meeting at SOE with two or three months programming work would have fixed wolf form years ago. But let me tell you the truth, Sony doesn't care about us.

SoE could make up for it with an AA that would allow us to use outdoor spells indoors or just remove the indoor/outdoor limitation on all our spells. And an Improved Dire Charm AA.


As an aside, in my guild's raid on Agnarr last night I was grouped with 3 Wizards and 2 Clerics (my guild is Cleric rich) and was slated for dps:o . In less than 2 seconds one cleric was dead and the other was at 33%:frown: . I hit my fast heal, Nature's Infusion, (well fast if you compare it to poring frozen Heinz catchup from the old glass non-sqeeze bottles). The second cleric was dead before it landed:frown: . We finished without another death in my group and rezzed the clerics after it was over.:o

If I actually had a fast heal then the second Cleric would have lived. Why can't I get a fast heal that is, well..., actually fast? :confused:

Fortunately, BoT is outdoors. If this had been an indoor raid, I would not have had enough mana regen to keep my group alive.

They suckerd us in with the year long 'deal' of a subscription rate. They know they got us for one more year. NOW they are going to try and pas this last expansion off on to us.

What is EVERY druid boycotted this new expansion? I bet that wou;d throw a monkey wrench into the machinery.

I will not be buying this new expansion. SoE has taken enough of my money, promised me the moon and bonked me over the head. In the real world its called 'rape'.

You are correct but it's a matter of principle.
We are a NATURE based class. Not too much nature is found indoors.
