"...the new froglok model, one that will have armor just like all races, was just being finished up during our visit, but it does look quite impressive (and yes, they still do flips when they cast). The classes available to the new race are Paladin, Warrior, Cleric, Beastlord, Shaman, and Wizard. But even more exciting than the new race is the addition of a new item slot.

"The charm item, as it is currently being planned, will have the ability to enhance the statistics of multiple items in your inventory. For example, if you have a full set of Valorium armor, and add a Valorium charm, your character will see further stats. Finally, the Cartography skill, will enable players to have access to maps through the user interface to help with navigation of the world. All told, there is still a lot of work ahead as the game is still in early development, but the expansion promises new content for players of all levels. Most of the zones, however, are targeted for players between levels 45 and 60."

So what are the BST pets going to be for frogloks? The tadpole things from Innothule Swamp(among other places)?

Conflicting information there ... but atm I would trust the Sony site more.

I was more interested in how the charms function.

I mean are we talking about a Vermiculated charm? Woven Grass Charm? Ornate Charm? etc?

Or is it more tied to those new spell effects in lucy that adjust casting abilities by 5% in certain areas (fire, cold, beneficial, etc).

Is fairly long...up to 3 months...

So they were probably looking at this back in November or so...

Speaking of the 'new' froglok model...

I'm not saying it's a bad thing, just amusing. :)
