If you crash my host, I don't care. I want to find out what you all think of this video.

Don't just click on it. Save the file to disk, then watch it full screen. That little itty bitty thingy in a browser wont do it justice.

Good stuff, though I prefer Hope Vol. 2:

(from http://www.apocalyptica.com/media/videos.php )

Apocalyptica hasn't been the same since they lost Max Lilja after the Cult album. :(

Oh, and neither song really shows off their skill. Something like Harmageddon does a better job of that (just an audio clip unfortunately): http://cat-ra.universal-music-group.com/_pop/_ram/s1/00731455830026_01_01_00.55-01.25_s1.ram
...or their cover of Metallica's "One": http://www.emp3world.com/to_download.php?id=71010

Video isn't bad...but the song was meh. Good music, but I didn't like the singing. I've always enjoyed that style, though (my inner goth won't let go of my musical tastes, even years later =D).

I loved it man. I've never heard of them, and my now ex introduced me to another band I find ok that the guy singing bass remind me of. He remind me of Vila Valo from Him. I have to say though these guys from just the one song make me think they're alot better.

Most of Apocalyptica's music doesn't involve any singing at all. At first they were "just" a cello quartet playing covers of Metallica songs (which works surprisingly well). Then they started writing their own music, bringing in occasional guest singers to add vocals to a completed song, and incorporating other instruments. Finally with their fifth album, which Bittersweet is from, they wrote songs with vocals in mind from the start.

Oh, there's a reason the guy singing bass sounds like Ville Valo of H.I.M.: that's exactly who it is. :) Apparently the other guy is Lauri Ylonen of The Rasmus. They were guest singers for Bittersweet.
