I think that means you can click it from inventory

"Any Slot/Can Equip" means you can only click it from inventory if you were able to equip it in the first place.
"Any Slot" means anyone can click it from inventory.

afaik, as long as Effect: Illusion Halfling (Any Slot/Can Equip, Casting Time: 8.0) contain no WORN anyone can click it from inventory.

This is the reason why an Amulet of Necropotence is that expencive

If you're doing it for a bard or rog alt, it's usable from inventory.
