So lez take a look at our "finalized" (???) DoD spells:
Spore Spiral (http://lucy.allakhazam.com/spellhistory.html?id=8010&source=Live)
2005-09-13 11:33 Changed Recast Time from 30.0 seconds to 15.0 seconds
2005-09-13 11:33 Changed Range from 0 to 100
2005-09-13 11:33 Changed AE Range from 75 to 0
2005-09-13 11:33 Changed Druid level from 68 to 69
Looks like its no longer an AE root, although it still states "Category: Targeted Ae Dmg ", prolly just a missed change in the spell data.
Skin of the Reptile (http://lucy.allakhazam.com/spellhistory.html?id=8008&source=Live)
2005-09-13 11:33 Changed Base2_2 from 0 to 400
2005-09-13 11:33 Changed Base2_1 from 400 to 0
2005-09-13 11:33 Changed Druid level from 67 to 68
2005-09-13 11:33 Added Slot 2: Decrease Melee Mitigation by 8009%
2005-09-13 11:33 Removed Slot 1: Add Defensive Proc: Skin of the Rep. Trigger rate mod 400
So SotR no longer has a proc when hit, but rather a defensive mod. I'm assuming its supposed to be "Increased Melee Mitigation". Can anyone from DoD beta give insight as to how well this works? Or is this a last-minute-to-live change?
Blessing of the Dawn (http://lucy.allakhazam.com/spellhistory.html?id=8012&source=Live)
2005-09-13 11:33 Changed Slot 1 from "Unknown #340 (100/20/0)" to "Unknown #340 (100/25/0)"
An extra 5 percent chance to autocast the nuke mod (good good!!):
Fire of Dawn (http://lucy.allakhazam.com/spellhistory.html?id=8013&source=Live)
2005-09-13 11:33 Changed Slot 1 from "Increase Spell Damage by 50%" to "Increase Spell Damage by 100%"
So not only a 5% increase to the chance of this buff landing, but also an increase to 100% from 50%. Also good.
y Comments:
- Dunno how good SotR will be now that its a defensive mod vs. a proc, I guess we'll see.
- I kinda liked the idea of an AE root, although I suppose I'm kind of indifferent on this one.
