I have seen reference to a new snare spell available with DoN at the cost of crystals (possibly level 61?). However, I could not locate it in the spell listings. Can anyone confirm this spell exists, and help me understand what benefit this spell provides, if any? Thanks.

you will see less resists with this spell since it is 'chromatic'. chromatic uses the target's lowest resist: fire, ice, magic, poison, disease. whereas ensnare is always save versus magic (and is resisted ALOT around level 60+, and in new zones/expansions)

Also, by completing the Emoush level of Progression (good side),
you receive level 69 spell, that is a slightly better snare.(same snare, bigger resist check)

All DoN raids can are given the same rewards, so for the 69 version (Serpent Vines) you could do the evil Emoush too... only difference is in what color crystals you get at the end! Emoush is actually a pretty easy raid and probably doable in a pick-up setting. 24 person cap, and it's been 1-grouped before by anguish+ geared people
