Max without AA is 15 if I remember right. Max with full FT AA is 23, excluding any click items with mana regen on them you might happen to have. You'll be hard pressed to break mana regen 10 without being 46+ I'd think.

Solstice is a good start.

Mental Clarity AA (Archetype) is 1 mana regen per level.

Base FT (worn on gear/tribute) is 1 per point up to 15.

In OoW, they added an AA, Expansive Mind, that allows you to raise the worn FT cap by 1 point per level with 5 levels taking the total worn/tribute FT to 20.

It is confusing sometimes how people list their FT as different numbers based on whether they include the MC aa.
