I agree that the MPAA is a bunch of morons, but so is gramps if he thinks Timmy didn't know what he was doing. You don't really download something like iMesh without a purpose.

Good question Fyyr. I know it's illegal to share the files, but simply downloading them for your own use shouldn't be illegal. It's illegal for iMesh to share them, but gramps shouldn't get in trouble for downloading them. Or is iMesh a .torrent site and the kid was actually uploading/downloading at the same time?

Either way... he downloaded 4 movies and got a $4,000 bill? Come on! Let's apply some semblance of reasonableness to the fine. And $600,000 is totally off the wall.

It doesn't say that in the article, it says, "We're suing grandpa" and grandpa says "I didn't do it, my grandson did it." Is Grandpa the legal guardian? or was the kid using the computer at grandpa's house?

The one I jacked it from was actually a War/rng. I think it's fun to use here because of the rivalry between druids and rangers. On my guild website I have it as a dru/war. My RL best friend is in the guild and he's a warrior. It's just amusing to poke fun sometimes. Ok ok, I'm rambling.
