For the holloween event, there are 5 different parts of the quest.
Part 1: Go to the lady near RV ent cave, follow along with her chat. You need to make 5 of anything in the cook book (Including the same thing over again), so go to Unrest and kill Jack-o-lanterns for pumpkin For seeds and flesh, West karana in the millers farm area also drops them. Imo oppion, making Baked pumpkin seeds and Pumpkin bread are the easiest. Seeds takes two pumpkin seeds, and bread takes 1 flesh, meaning 1 flesh=2 seeds.

Save the illusion potion she gives you. YOu'll need it later.

Basically, you have to find 10 npc's, and tell them Trick or treat, and combine them in the bag Old man Draykey will give you. Npc's are:
Unrest - Crabby the Rotten (found in either of the hedge mazes) Candy Jack-o-Lantern
Plane of Knowledge - Grand Historian Maelin (top of the library) - Jawbreaker
East Commonlands - Sergeant Ragus (wanders along and around the path) - Rock Candy
Field of Bone - Immug Lashtail (named iksar skeleton wandering the pit) - Gummie Kobolds
Iceclad Ocean - Nilham the Chef (sitting inside igloo in gnome village) - Chocolate Coin
Toxxulia Forest - Fuzz (stands on beach/west wall of the zone on the same side as Kerra Isle zoneline) - Carmel Apples [sic]
Castle Mistmoore - Nate (stands in back of the graveyard) - Fairy Fizzles
Netherbian Lair - Poil Lolp (in any cave, standing still) - Lollipop (note its name is an anagram)
West Karana - Scary Miller (wanders the field of the Miller family farm) - Candy Corn
Befallen - Wraps McGee (locked room on bottom floor, kill "a shadowknight" to get the key) - Tasty Candy

GIve the bag (Combined) Back to draykey, and get a decent stat food and a ticket to the Mm.

Part 3: Bone collector (lvl 70)
WoS: Loot 1 Splintered Discordling Bone
PoN: Loot 4 bonechips
Kith: Something about Getting bones from DN

That is the hard version of it, you can make it easy by shrouding into a level 20 ( I did bear warrior, they get sow and most HP) and get the quest from him.
It turns into:
Kurns: Loot 4 bone chips
Unrest: Loot 2 warbone chips
Befallen: Loot 4 bone chips
Hand these in individually to the guy near the lake in kith, and a mob will pop, kill him for additional loot.
Note: All in group get the invisible flag for this one.

Part 4: Vampire quest:
You get this mission from a scarecrow guy by the lake.

Hard version: Go to plane of hate, and kill a tough Vampire with about 5 adds, loot cloak and tooth, hand in to the dressed up halfling. You recieve a ticket, and a piece of loot.
Easy version: Shroud up again and kill the bloody vampire in Mistmoore, loot the Tooth and cape, hand in. You get additional loot for this as well and a ticket.
Note: all in group get the invisible flag for it

Part 5: THE FUNNEST! You get to do the MM to play as the gods. Hand the ticket to the silly puppet. You get to play as mini RZ, TT, Bert, Tunare, Errolis, and can't remember the last, I reccomend a full group.
Run down:
Run to Rivervale cave ent and have rallos stand where all the mobs are gathering, have tunare and necro kill all the adds, then focus on the named. Heal rallos and others as needed. Next wave, do the same thing.
3rd wave: this wave consists of three different waves. Each one has one named, and tunare's nukes will not kill any mob in one hit. after the 1st part come, you have about 20 seconds untill the next comes, do the same for this one. When there is about 2 mobs left on the second wave, the third wave charges, You may die alot on this one, if rallos and cleric is dead, run run run, the named summons, so be careful. I have only seen a shield drop, all/all and decent stats. It's rumored that either a Bracer and Shoulder piece drop.

When all five of these are completed, go to the red gobby near Field of bone stone. Click potion, and you should get mask on hail.

Final reward for all this is nice, 135 hp and mana, and a clicky Icebone skelly illusion. This is a mask piece. Hurry and do the quest! it ends november 14th. Also note that only the bonus prizes get lowered if you shroud down, the clicky stays exactly the same.

Tradeskill Quest
Get a recipie book from the halfling lady at the Rivervale entrance from Kithicor
Find 5 Pumpkin Seeds or Pumpkin Flesh from Pumpkinheads in Unrest (Gazebo area) or West Karana (farmers fields)
Use the recipie book to make 5 of the possible items (not stackable and don't drink/eat em!) and turnin to halfling lady 4tw
Decent amount of competition atm for the drops, bring a ranger /nod They is midevil machine guns.

Bone Collector (Lvl 70 Group)
Get the task from the Bone Collector (follow the prompts) by the lake
Need a bone from a discordling (or apparently kyv's) from Wall of Slaughter
Need a bone from those Banshee ladies in PoNightmare (not sure about other mobs). Good spot is over near the hedge maze. (Note: they summon lol)
Need a glowing skull thingy from Dragon Necropolis. They are a ground spawn (look for a glowing area on the floor). I wasn't around when they found it but it was near all the gerbils, think just inside the fort/castle thingy. I would assume there would be more than one lying around.
Turn all this back into the Bone Collector and that spawns your lvl 71 mob (hopefully just one). Kill for teh loot (AC10 115hp ring all/all) and Bristlebane's admission ticket.

Costume Quest (Lvl 70 Group)

Find the Undead Halfing gent. Get your task and head to PoHate.
Find the Bloody Vampire. We found him in or near the Maestro's house. The Hand of Maestro aggro'd so i am guessing it was pulled from the house. Kill Vampire and loot the Cloak and Tooth (and a candy treat). Note: Vampire has about 10 adds (wtb Enchanter) plus whatever aggro's in the process. Kite the adds, or burn the named and loot before u die lol. Ranger Weaponshield my friends....phear us.
Go back to Kithicor and give the kid his costume. Get ticket and xp and earring loot (on par with the ring).


PoP God Mission

Never done DoD so the mission was a bit of a culture shock. Bear with me.

The only purpose for the Admission tickets i have found is this.

There is a guy with a puppet in Kithicor. Talk to the guy first and follow the prompts. Turnin one ticket (and you don't get it back) to the guy. A screen pops up and you have to decide what God each of u is gonna be. Choices are Ellrosi Marr (Cleric), Rallos Zek (War), Tunare (Drood), Terris Thule (Chanter), Bertox (Necro) and Cazic Thule (SK). Hail the halfling and say...ummm....a keyword.

Note: it seems only one person needs to have and give the ticket. Not everyone has to have finished a quest previously.

Once you do that, there is a minute or two before you re-zone into Kithicor near the Rivervale entrance. get up your keys and make sure you have what you need. Each God's special abilities are in the AA windows so you need to make hotkeys, get out your pet (Bertox) etc. Also get your melee keys setup cause u gonna need em. The gods are less than i had hoped (i wanted to be RZ's height hehe). Your gearless (but got bandages....wooot) and the size of halflings (haha sucka's!). Note: make sure to med every chance you have.

There are (might be off on this) 3 waves. First one is 20 mobs and the boss. Second is 2X20 mobs and X2 bosses. They will come in separate waves. Third is 3X20 and X3 bosses. Make sure not to blow your special abilities on adds and get the bosses down fast. You don't have much mana so use it when it counts. I was Bertox and found a well placed AE or two would take out a wave eventually, living long enough is the trick.

If you die, there is a pause, rezone and you come back just outside of the area your fighting in. You recover mana and hp (but nerfed everytime down a bit (like 50hp/50mana to 40/40 etc). I might be off on the numbers but u don't go back full health/mana. So, if u run oom, human sacrifice (well timed) might be the key.

Anyhow, live through this and boss mob drops a shield (30AC 110hp or somthing like that). You have to loot the shield (no drop) to complete the mission. Give it a minute or two and you will rezone into Kithicor. Can't remember if there was a prize outside of the shield. Don't think so unless i messed it up. No ticket reward though.


Collection Quest

Get your bag and cluebook from the quest guy (far NW corner of Kithicor if memory servers). Then find the mobs at the locations below. They warp after giving out a certain number of candies. But they always spawn somewhere close.

If you get lint,sand, coal etc, then you need to retry. Either the mob only gives out a certain number of candies per 'warp' or it is on a timer of some nature. My friend re-logged and got what they needed but i don't know if that was necessary. You cannot track these guys.

IMO stick to either 5 Pumpkin Bread or 5 Baked Pumpkin Seeds, or alternate between both. Not worth it looking for an Ice Cream Churn to make a shake and the other recipes require 2 Pumpkin Flesh to make.

Found a little trick to make the Bone Collection and Costume tasks VERY easy. Shroud up the group (need 3 for Bone Collection task but can get Costume solo) as level 20 characters. 1 person goes and gets task, Spirit Send back and take off shrouds.

This results in the tasks being changed to the following:

Bone Collection

Collect 2 Warbone Chips in Unrest
Collect 4 Bone Chips in Befallen
Collect 4 Bone Chips in Kurn's Tower
Kill a green skeleton on turn in

Costume

Kill Bloody Vampire in Mistmoore and loot fang and cloak

Yes it will. But it'll have the same clicky.

Nope. I got the exact same mask as the one you get the normal way.

It does lower the stats down, according to one of my guildmates. The click is exactly the same but if you shroud and get the costume mission or the bones mission it goes down. The level range is kinda big too, you have to be lvl 30 or down or something like that I heard.

Yep, shrouded down for the vampire and bone collect here, too, and got the full stats.

The individual quests have gear rewards, like when you kill the dracoliche. Those rewards are scaled down for lower level missions. The final reward is, I believe, not dependent on the level at which you took those missions.

I was so disappointed when I picked RZ and I looked like the Avatar of War. I wanted to look like uber RZ with the flaming axe!

And shrouding down doesn't affect the final reward, although the level range isn't big; a 64 guildie got a lesser mask.

I did this quest yesterday on my druid-

She is 55, the rest of the group was my boyfriend's 59 Paladin and a guildies 57 Druid.

Although, I was totally opposed to dumbing down this quest by shrouding to a lesser level. The bone collection we got was in Old Sebillis, and the only way to get to the skeleton's was with a rogue. Since we couldn't locate a rogue to go with us, we finally caved and did the dumbed down version with shrouds.

The final reward for us at 55-60 was:

So, shrouding down does not lesson the stats. Those are the stats that every 55-60 gets. Honestly tho, in my opinion, if you shroud down to do it, they should dumb the stats on it as well.

I was mission getter (in shroud) for both collection and costume. Stats on my mask are the same as my partner's mask.

I'm doing the quest on my 48 SK gimp right now. Should I expect that 135hp/mana mask as the result still? All the people helping me have been level 70's...

I am pretty sure the mask just levels itself to your level...... if its any help the masks i got for my 2 main chars are like so ----->

Druid 66 - the 135HP Mana etc.
Rog 55 - the 105HP Mana etc.

Both shrouded down to 25 for the 2 missions.
Cant really say the real levels of the people i did the missions with. Was a range of levels from 40s to 70.

RIght now - 8 NOV the npc in POK and in iceclad ocean are not responding.... no text, no bad items, no good items.

Bah, I hope it gets fixed... I finished the quest on my shadowknight gimp but only got the 80/80/80 calcified version. I'm gonna get her to 50 then try again, maybe I'll only have to do the final hail again and I can get the newer mask...

Tried it again this evening.. they fixed it.

Was in Tenebrous Mountains last night farming Acrylia, found a green con 'Bloody Vampire' wandering around (human male in appearance, I am L66). He was KOS and upon getting hit a number of bats appeared and attacked. All were rootable, vampire was a caster (necro? not sure). He dropped a tooth, cape and a candy.

Doing the hard version of the vampire mission as a druid is pretty easy.
I heard from someone that he didnt summon, so i went up to PoH and tested him out. Cleared from zone in to Maestro's building, waited for the vampire to wander past, ae snared them all and kited/nuked down the named, loot and succor/gate. Very few resists and named has low hps, easy to solo.

I'm sorry to bring back this old thread, but, i just found something out for those that didn't get the full stats of the mask. You go to the guy by the Field of Bone stone, Illusion your self with the skelly, destroy the old mask then hail him, you will get the mask that others of that level got. Just did it with ranger.

I know it is a bit late, but I still want to vent a bit. The potion that stupid npc gave me was a 5 dose essence of wood elf. It wouldn't be so bad, except I am a wood elf.
