That's right folks, apparently so our Eci's line of spell (Eci's Frosty Breath and Glacier's Breath) are getting upgraded to be more in line with Fire debuff line of spells. Each of them got a resist adjust of minus 200 in the test server, which is the same as Hand of Ro has. This means this line of spells will be resisted less. Druids rejoice!! (and our Beastlord and Ranger friends too!)

We expect for them to be Live next November 16th patch.
