Shards of Time on Saryrn Server is currently looking to fill ONE MORE druid spot with the right druid.

Our raid times are Monday-Thursday from 4:30 PM till around 9:30 or 10:00 PST, I use those times cause its the time zones i am in. Must have at least 200 AA and be level 70. Must be able to maintain a minimum of 50 percent raid attendance within thirty days. No drama, must know how to chain heal and be multi-tasking. Druids in SoT are well loved and we do do chain heals kinda like clerics do so must have manna pool to keep up which is about 8k unBuffed and 7k HP, the more the better. Resists must be around 200+ without buffs. All current expansions. Must be KT flagged. We have just entered Txevu but will be backflagging for Qvic and doing Ikkiniz 4 one or two more times to get those who need it buffed.

As Class Advisor for the druids of Shards of Time, i expect one thing. TEAMWORK. You must have fairly thick skin to deal with some people but the majority of the guild is great. Raids can be tough because we expect the best from our players but the rewards are well worth it.

These requirments may seem hard to some people, but you have to remember the content that we are in and progressing towards.

That was cute Minadin :) I personally have never had an issue with Shards of Time. They are an honorable and reputable guild on Saryrn server. Very friendly, and always a pleasure to group with!

I have seen many guilds where druids are underutilized and not considered a part of the team. I am constantly outspoken about the good job the druids do on raids when we are low on clerics and when we have lots of clerics. A lot of times guilds dont realize just how valuable druids can be as a DPS class and/or as a healing class.

And as of this morning we lost another druid to HnE. So we are now looking for TWO DRUIDS.

As per your questions probably because we have high standards for druids in the guild and I have gotten the reputation for being a hard ass as a Class Advisor. But i have found that it benefits the guild and our current druids who rank either int he top 100 or even the top 50 and YES even the top 25 druids on the server by having high standards.

Saryrn might hav 10 gazillion druids but if they dont meet requirments then I cant even request the recruitment officer give them a temp tag till they meet requirements. However if they apply now and get temp tagged before our requirements go up yet again they stand a much better chance of becoming a part of a great team.

I'm allergic to Druids... Really I am!

Oh and if you want a druid, I will trade you Woodelfous for a mage and a bard so let me know!

Saryrn is an excellent server, I feel I should mention.

Plus anybody who guilded Gola has to be pretty cool. Much heart for Gola. He was very welcoming during my little field trip to the server in April.

For those druids wondering about our Progression we are currently workin on takind done Zun in Txevu. This will be our second attempt on him. We are one of the fastest progressing on our own guilds on Saryrn Server

We are still still looking for a druid (or 2). I think Kiny wants someone with 6k HP and 8k Mana or higher and like 200 AA. I personally just want someone who knows what they are donig and raids consistently.

Oh, and we just downed Tunat in Tacvi last night on our first ever attempt. Our raid targets coming up will mostly consist of Tacvi, MPG Trials, and DoN dragons. We're going to really start focusing on getting into Anguish.

And still looking and must have BARK SKIN!! (thick skin)

We still probably have room for 1 more druid, if you're good. We're in Anguish now, doing DoN progression, Tacvi, etc. Actually, Most important thing to me is that you can raid 3 - 4 days a week (we raid Mon - Thurs) follow directions, and perform under pressure. We take a great deal of pride in our druids.

Aye, we have filled one of our druid slot openings with Eldrynn from Erolissi Marr server and have room for one more and thats it just ONE MORE. As Minadin stated we take great pride in our druids, one of our Top Druids Minervaa recently Maxed out his AA's. And no u cant have him and if i find out any of u trying to recruit him ill slap u silly:epopcorn:

CONGRATS Eldrynn he made it through our recruitment stage and is now a full Shards of Time Member on Saryrn Server. We still have that one final slot open for one last druid before we close druid recruitment for a long time.

As a former recruit officer for my guild. I had to laugh when I read that. Just about the time you close recruitment for a particular class, half of them will retire. :confused:

So after much talk and Minadin posting his thoughts on our guild board. We are going to open up a few more druid slots for you druids thinking of transferring to Saryrn Server. And those druids who are sick of your old guilds and want to earn your way into zones. We Currently have had a quick look at OMM before he knocked us to pieces and are working our way to good old VISHI!!!!!
