Anyone check out Lucy? Almost 400 spells moved Live today, mostly LDoN stuff, think that means they are finished?

Also over 700 spells changes on Test yesterday, including some spells I had not yet seen...

check out the patch message for stuff changed on live, and most the stuff on test is the new pick lock spells (read the rant at safehouse) or them playing with ldon AE's

No many of the spells that went live i believe are final products. They will just be unusable until the method to receive them has been added in.

I like our new dot if it stacks with swarming and immolation. I do many things solo and this just makes life easier for me.

The new indoor speed/attack line is fine with me if it doesn't have stacking problems.

INT casters seem to be getting the most interesting spell lines.

Yep the databases just get copied over. The majority of the spells are NPC ones, and without the NPC's there not much good it is going to do.

As for the rant at the safehouse, I'm surprised it didn't start 2 weeks ago when Sony annouced that there would be ways to get past the traps other than just Pick Lock. They get to voice their opinion as much as anyone, but as I always say no 1 class should have a monopoly over a skill. Yes Bards also have Pick Lock but nowhere near the skill of that of a rogue, and I'm sure groups wont want traps blowing up in their faces over a failed pick lock (remembering players in this game tend not to go for second best)

Which rant at the safehouse, can you link (or tell title of?) There are a bunch of rants there, you mean the melee balance one?

The highest spell for the picklock/remove trap/check trap skills is level 34.

I simply can't believe that Rogues will be threatened by that.

It is only my guess, of course, but I am thinking the three levels of the spells will grant skill levels in say 50-100-150 or even 50-75-100 levels.

Rogues will always be the only ones doing the truly important stuff, and I wouldn't be surprised if casters face greater risk of failure (and so loss of the treasure chest items).

Time will tell, but I wouldn't be weeping for rogues just yet.
