Here's what sucks:
When people cry in OOC and in tells about dieing in the arena due to a "cheap shot" or "OMG you guys are gangin up on me" or "OMG that spell isn't fair to use"

Stop your complaining...when you step in on other peoples duels and get spanked. The fact that you walk in on a battel in prgress and get OWNT is your fault. That's the way it works. There's always some fool who has to start crying in OOC and ruin the fun that every one else is having. Go call your mom or something.

My favorite, and this from a person who was harassing me via /tells on an unrelated subject:

"Why are you killing me?"
"Because you're in the Arena, what did you expect?"

My favorite targets are the people who run in and out of the arena casting spells on people! :axe:

I was recently watching some folks doing their thing in the arena. What gets me are the people that run out of the arena when they are close to dying /boggle.

Take it like a man and DIE in the arena.

Arena = win or lose , losing by running out .........well thats just shameful.

How in the world can you NOT know you're in a PVP area? It spams the crap out of you when you enter the arena.

I'm not a PVPer but I've always just figured meh, if you like it, more power to ya. But I think people that wanna try it out and then cry when they get owned are a little silly.

I have never been in the arena....well there was that one time at band camp...

We have a lot of whiners on Saryrn when it comes to the arena. If you come in to watch, you might as well play. :duel2:

Now th one thing that does piss me off is that you run through the arena to get to Devistation, and there are some choice idiots from The War Councill hiding there and dispelling the crap out of evey one that walks through there. Using a zerker to stun them while they strip their buffs.

If i could find those guys in real life i would kick them in the crotch so hard the would be tasting nuts for a week.

Well for the time being you can buff block player dispells (Was already posted on official forums, I am sure it will be fixed soon). Just look up the ids on lucy. it does work, and we get to see what the annul magic buff icon actually is ;)

Update : This solution will apparently work till 3/14 :)

Player cast dispels are flagged beneficial so you can cast them on other party members. After the next patch, they won't be able to be blocked.

That's just Arma hydraing a mage and a shaman, I promise. He's the only one of us that even really bothers with the arena anymore. If you'd be interested in a more fair fight, I'm sure it can be arranged...
