Anyone ever seen or heard about this? am wondering if its tradeskilled or what it might drop off

If you check the items with similar ID-s, like 1595 to 1615, that might give you some idea when and where it could be found.

i'm going to guess somewhere on kunark - going to guess either, Veeshan's Peak, Charasis (Howling Stones), or Old Sebilis.

I bet money on VP because the necro's Robe of Decay (http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=2115) was moved to either VP or Howling Stones. I can't tell based on the posts where exactly it drops. since both robes are class-specific with a clicky effect, chances are that they drop in the same zone.

1600 - mob graveyard (L FAY)
1603 - ?? (robe of decay)
1606 - Old Sebilis
1607 - Charasis (Howling Stones)
1608 - Old Sebilis
1609 - Crypt of Dalnir

Robe of Decay is VP

Does anyone know what mob in VP drops it, and naturally confirmation of a recent drop would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much.
