Yeah I hate it.
The gold trim crap is ugly and the guages are hard to read.
Seems like UI design is definately on the downfall. Folks don't update and add new ones like they used to.

Thanx guys but I wasn't looking for UI suggestions. I just wanted to bitch about the one provided for us mostly :texla:

Most of the UIs out there don't work for me. I like simple and bland and 17" monitor at 1024x768 reso.

I mostly use my own Frankenstein UI based on parts from several others, mostly from Minuet by Sylphan.

This new one has effected my reaction times a lot, I honestly think it's flawed. Where the old UI, every thing was based vertically, which was nice because you move your mouse from side to side.

At least this patch didn't mess up my UI, everytime I have to use the default UI my eyes bleed.

You want something scarey, click on my guild web site below in my sig and look at the UI posted in the news update. One of our druids actually uses that... I poke fun of her all the time, poor girl, I'm poking fun at her on a public forum now. :texla:

I use default....doesnt effect my play much.

I hated the new spell icons with new default. Couldnt tell which buffs I was missing easily. Now use Clean and Clear. Awesome UI and I havent died as much thanks to having my health in grp window..LOL.

Amen to that. Does your group window in the UI change colours as your group members health goes down? Thats another great tool, especially if your two boxing it stands out at a quick glance when your group goes from green bars to yellow or red.

No it doesnt. I had a UI before that did that, was great having that. But the health bars on this UI stand out pretty well, so I am happy with it.
