I think he's bringing the legal profession into disrepute just with his legal defence. He's perverting justice, in every sense.

I wonder why the court reporter was fired? They said in 2001 she took pictures to show her husband so people wouldn't think she was crazy, that she was afraid to go to police for fear of losing her job, then in 2003 the judge was under investigation, then in 2004 she was fired. Now he's at trial. Seems like a kind of fishy timeline to me, in terms of her being fired, but the article didn't say what grounds were used in firing her.

It'd really be a travesty if she lost her job over this, and the judge walked.

I live in Tulsa Ok so this has been all over our papers for awhile now. The court clerk(Lisa Foster) and his previous court clerk(who also testified that she saw him pumping) were terminated by the Judge the day after Foster testified before a grand jury. I don't think the reasons for their termination were ever released.

LOL I found the responses to that last article hilarious!! I mean, I understand this is a serious issue. But, people are just so funny some times :)
