No. Wood Elves do not have robe graphics. There is no model for it.
If you want a robe graphic consider getting an illusion potion and/or item such as the Guise for example.

Human, Dark Elf both have robe graphics. I used to think we got shafted with that but then now I think my toon would look funny in a robe.

What I did for my ingame wedding, since I am a wood elf also and no robe for us. I married a mage. So I dyed my armor black and wore the "tux", and he wore the dress...LOL. Worked well for us. Although his robe wouldnt go white, so we went with red for him.

I think it's annoying that some races are excluded from having a robe graphic just because those races have no arcane classes available to them. As someone with a half elf druid, I'd love the option of wearing a robe on special non-hunting occasions.

I equip a robe - Shanai's Nightie - and use DE Illusion mask to get the visual effect, then to look even more like a caster I equip the potime staff. I call this my necro attire.

I believe the original reason wood elves didn't get robes was ostensibly because they didn't have any int casters, but realistically it was to save graphic memory. Now that wood elves and dark elves use the same bodies, it's really irrelevant, and I'd like to see some robes for woodies.
