Ideally, Moonshadow will be added today.

I was looking for decent focus (non raid) which may be either Augment or Armor that would give me a healing focus for Moonshadow.

If the slot is Armor, it will need to be better then something I am currently wearing (which in most cases, I do not think is possiable from single group content).

Non-raid? you don't have any options really. But as far as mini raids -some are 1-grouopable- go (ordered by mob difficulty):

The only non-type 12 augs that are more than 20% are from raids. They are only 28% on Moonshadow, though. Anyways:

Both of those would require apping a high end guild. A lot demiplane guilds rot bazu / last blood augs off of PoR mobs.

The High Priest augment is from Uqua twins, so that is one possibility for you.
