Just hit level 51 and headed to Firiona Vie to buy spells. When I arrive I don't find any NPCs at all except for Dragoons and Golems. My faction with the Inhabitants of Firiona Vie is dubious. Is it a faction problem, a big or something else? Any help is appreciated.

the npcs have be moved to another part of FV. They are in an outpost to the north of the zone. at least i think its north not been there in awhile :p

North-east

The vendors are across the zone from the tunnel to dreadlands, almost due east. On the old EQAtlas maps it's marked as the Drolvarg Underground. You go through a big portal/castle-looking thing, and there in the valley beyond are the vendors and bankers.
