Just curious. About a month ago, a Mod (Foxfire?) said something to the effect of "high level talks are going on" and mentioned Sobe and Lotusfly "druid healing is capped" Stewnicely and said we should just trust them because (s)he had never seen talks of this sort going on before. I do not remember all the details about it, but it was something of that sort (can't find the post :/ ).

Anyone in the know want to tell us if anything is going on still or what ever happened to all that "high level" talking. I assume the talks were not about giving Clerics huge upgrades and keeping Druids gimped, which is the only thing I have seen happen since those talks were alluded to. So what, if anything, is going on?
