Does this mean that it will hit Oak/Lions/etc, but not regen/ds/Reptile because of the minimum duration limit? I'd like extended Reptile but want to make sure I set a goal for the right piece.

It should work on any buff that lasts over 24 seconds. This is to prevent it from working on short HoT spells I believe.

Its to keep it from extended Divine Aura / Barrier. the spell duration must exceed 24 seconds. DA/DB have a spell duration of 18.
