If I were you I would spend my next points on precognition, not getting hit is just too good a thing not to max your odds. You have plenty of other odds and ends to do (hastened exodus , run4,5 etc) but precog would definitely be my first choice.

I heart secondary recall. On events like Vish...it can be sweet to evade the DT, then 2ndary recall.
